Settings

Settings for features that are specific to Shoptet. Miguel includes other settings that apply to everyone: Usage > Settings.

Order processing conditions​

It is possible to set to only process orders with a certain order status:

  • Process paid orders only
    If selected, the order will only be processed if it is marked as paid.

  • Process orders that have the selected status
    Orders will only be processed if they have the selected status.

Emails​

Automatic change of order status​

Miguel can change the order status in Shoptet after the order is completed on Miguel's side.

It is possible to set:

  • change the order status after successful processing of an order that:
    • contains only Miguel books
      Miguel will only change the order status if everything went smoothly and the order contains only products that are also on Miguel.
    • contains Miguel books and other products
      Miguel will only change the order status if everything went smoothly and the order contains various products.
    • contains no Miguel products
      Miguel will only change the order status if everything went smoothly and the order contains only products that are not on Miguel.
  • change the order status after an unsuccessful processing of an order that:
    • contains only Miguel books
      The status will change if there is an error in generating the books and all the books in the order are also on Miguel
    • contains Miguel books and other products
      The status will change if an error occurred while generating the books and the order contains various products.
