Miguel can connect to your Shopify e-shop and automatically deliver signed e-books and audiobooks via email.

Orders​

Orders are synced to Miguel immediately after creation, but they may appear slightly later (within 10 minutes at the latest). Contact us if the order doesn't appear within 10 minutes.

Miguel automatically fulfills orders on the e-shop side. In cases where an order contains physical books as well, only part of the order will be fulfilled.

Products​

For proper functioning, it's necessary to create books in the administration and upload files, see Usage > Books. For pairing, you need to do at least these things:

  • set the product code the same as the SKU of the product on Shopify
  • set the product location to Miguel

When an order is created and the product code doesn't match the book code, Miguel treats it as a different product and skips it.
