Orders

Orders are created automatically from e-shop platforms or via API (see API > Orders).

Miguel keeps a history of all orders along with the products in the orders. It is possible to resend an email if something has gone wrong or, for example, the user has entered the wrong address.

Order update

All information on the order can be changed. These changes can only be made on the e-shop side or via API. It is mainly to maintain data consistency between the e-shop and Miguel.

  • After changing the email address, an email will be sent to the new address.
  • After adding a new product, an email is sent again with all products and the newly added products.
  • When a product is removed, access to that book is revoked (but no further email will be sent).
